Michael King

Michael King is an effective litigator and transactional attorney whose practice includes complex real estate, commercial, and civil litigation and transaction and other civil and criminal matters. Michael works closely with his clients to understand their values, identify their objectives, and tailor a strategy that works best for them.

Michael is active in the legal community and serves on the State Bar of Michigan’s Real Property Law Section Legislative Committee, where he helps analyze proposed legislation with a potential to impact real estate and related industries in Michigan. Michael has regularly presented to Michigan attorneys and other professionals about developments in real estate, condominium law, and insurance. Michael has also served as a contributor to the Institute for Continued Legal Education with a focus on Michigan Rules of Evidence.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan. He is currently admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
